- 300 g Milk
- 200 g thickened cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks
- 40 g sugar
- 25 g cornflour

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- •Add all ingridents into your "Closed lid" , mix for 6 min 80’ speed 4
•Chill in the fridge, keep it in the "Closed lid"
•Once it is cold, pop "Closed lid" back onto your Thermomix 20sec 0’ speed"Gentle stir setting" , this will make your Custard super smooth.
- This is simple FAST and really YUM.
For a chocolate version use 25g of cocoa.
This Custard is Best served cold/chilled so make prior to needing.
