Ingredients

Custard (low sugar)

  • 30 grams raw sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 30 grams cornflour
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams full cream milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add 30 g of raw sugar to the mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Mill for 20 seconds on speed 9.
  3. 3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to the mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Add 30 g of cornflour to the mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add 2 eggs to the mixing bowl.
  6. 6. Add 500 g of full cream milk to the mixing bowl.
  7. 7. Use THICKEN mode at 80 degrees. Turn dial and let it does its thing! Takes 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Enjoy!

Tip

1. Add a sqaure (or two) of caramilk chocolate to bowl for a taste sensation!
2. Pour in popsicle moulds and freeze for a frozen treat!
