  • 500 g water, 2 cups
  • 2 tablespoon Rice malt syrup, (you could use raw honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten if desired
  • 10 g coconut oil, 1/2 tablespoon

  • 20 g raw cacao powder, 1/4 cup

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. add buckwheat to bowl 15secs/9

  2. add water, stevia (or desired sweetener) and coconut oil

  4. pour into serving glasses and leave to cool (or eat warm)

    it will thicken up as it cools.

    refrigerate, add toppings and eat

     

    i like to top with sliced banana, drizzle with honey and cacao nibs
