Ingredients

dairy free chocolate yogo

  • 160 gram Ayam coconut cream
  • 100 gram water
  • 85 gram Rice malt syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 gram Arrowroot
  • 30 gram Cacao
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

    YOGO
  1. 1. add all ingredients except the eggs to TM

    2. start TM 7mins, Sp4, 80 degrees

    3. add eggs 1 at a time through the top once started.

    4. place into little containers

    5. set in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight

    I believe tapioca flour/starch is often interchanged frequently with Arrowroot.
