Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- grate chocolate on speed 8 for 10 seconds
- Scrape bowl

add all remaining ingredients. 8 mins, 90oC, speed 2
remove lid and wipe away condensation - Whip on speed 5, gradually increasing up to speed 8 for 10 seconds
- pour into a shallow frezable container and place in freezer overnight or for 10 hours

place frozen pieces into jug and crush for 20 seconds on speed 6
Scrape bowl
15 seconds, speed 4

For a choc peppermint ice cream, add a few drops of peppermint oil
