Dairy Free Strawberries & Cream Weiss Bars

Strawberries & Cream Weiss Bars

  • 220 grams water
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1200 grams fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 30 grams lemon juice
  • 400 grams coconut cream, canned

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Sugar and Water to the bowl, and boil 8mins/100c/Speed2.
    Syrup needs to thicken so do for additiona time if this hasnt aoccured.

    Add Strawberries and lemon juice to the bowl and mix 1min/Speed8.

    Pour mixture into a bowl and set aside.

    Pour back into the mixing bowl 220grams of starwberry mixture and add coconut cream.

    Blend 15sec/Speed3

    Get a 20x30cm tray and line with foil.

    Pour cream mixture into tray.

    Freeze until firm.

    Pour remaining Strawberry Mixture over frozen coconut cream in the tray.

    Freeze for several hours or until firm.

    Cut into bars once frozen and store in freezer until ready.

Using coconut cream means these are a little icy compared to normal cream but still taste delicious
