      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Blend  sugar, butter/margarine, nutmeg,milk,baking powder, bakers flour 30 sec/sp4. Pour teaspoons of mix into mini muffin tins and bake at 160 degrees for 5 to 10 mins. They are ready when they bounce back when gentle pressure is applied. 

    Mix the cinnamon and caster sugar in a bowl.  Roll the balls in the  butter/margarine then roll in the sugar cinnamon mix. 

    Best served when still warm
