Recipe's preparation
Place fruit into ThermoServer and cover with water. Allow to soak for at least overnight or up to 24 hours.
Drain and place fruit into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Cook for 20 min/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.

Tip
Make this early in December, and place into sterilised glass jars. Drizzle with a little brandy and keep sealed in the fridge. Tie ribbons and tags around the top of the jar to use as a gift or dinner party thank you!
