  • 1 Tart case, See other recipes
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 800 grams cream
  • 110 grams sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. For the filling, combine all the ingredients on speed 5Counter-clockwise operation in the thermomix bowl.Closed lid
  2. Pass through a fine sieve.
  3. Fill the pastry cases.
  4. Bake at 90°C for one hour until firm, but still wobbly. When cooked, rest for 20 minutes and finish with some grated nutmeg.
