If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Mill coconut 15 sec/sp 9 (I did 5 seconds to get clumps of coconut mmmm)Add 500g milk beat 2 mins/sp 9, leave in the bowlTurn on the auto recipe and follow the steps but....Add ONLY the remaining 500g milk120g yoghurt, 50g milk powder, 60g sugar (didn't want the coconut to leave a bitter taste, you could try 40g), 100g cream and gelatin
Turn dial as per auto when finished pour into a container stir a bit and chill before consuming
