THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 165 g SR flour
- 10 g cocoa powder
- 140 g raw sugar
- pinch salt
- 30 g Softened Butter
- 115 g Milk
- 5 g vanilla essence
- 110 g brown sugar
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 400 g Boiling water, (Either boil in kettle or boil in Thermomix)

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Preheat oven to 180'C
Weigh SR flour, cocoa Powder, raw sugar and salt into the TM, insert MC into lid and mix 15 Seconds, Speed 3.
Add softened butter, milk and vanilla essence. Insert MC into lid and mix 20 Seconds, Sp 4. Take the lid off and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Insert MC back into the lid and mix a further 30 Seconds, Speed 4.
Using a spatula, scrape all the mix into deep oven safe dish and put aside while you make the sauce.
You do not need to clean the bowl.
Without cleaning bowl, weigh all sauce ingredients into the TM and mix 2 Mins, Speed 2.5
(If you wish to just use room temperature water, heat 5 mins, 100 degrees, Speed 2.5)
Carefully pour over pudding mix and cook in oven for 30 - 40 mins until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
Accessories you need
I also reccomend puttng your dish on a baking tray in the oven in case of any sauce overflow.
You can serve with Ice cream, whipped cream, Custard,Strawberries or all of the above
