If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Mill Sugar on Speed 9, 10 sec.
2.Add Kiwi, banana, frozen bleuberries, raspberries and blackberries , chop Speed 9, 20-30 sec. You may need to use your satula to help stir.
you might need to do step 2 ,two to three times untill the banana is mixed in.
3.Place butterfly into bowl, add egg white and coconut cream. Whip on Speed 4, 30-40 sec.
Eat, yummo.
