  • 100 g dried figs, Remove stems
  • 50 g dried coconut

Chocolate

  • 160 g Coconut butter, Or butter for non dairy free
  • 160 g coconut oil
  • 30 g Cacao
  • 50 g rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line baking tray with baking paper - set aside.

    Add figs to bowl, chop on speed 8 for 8 seconds, or until desired consistency is achieved.

    Spread chopped figs and coconut into a lined baking tray or individual moulds. Set Aside.

  2. Add coconut butter & oil to bowl, 5min/60degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/1.

    Add cacao & rice malt syrup, 2min/60degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/2.

    Pour over fig & coconut mix and leave to set in the freezer for 30mins.
