      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    FRUIT SORBET
  1. Place sugar into TM bowl & mill for 10 secs speed 10.

    Add fruit & lemon. Chop for 5-10 secs speed 7. Add the ice & blend for 1min 30 secs on speed 10 stiring with the spatula if needed. You may need to add the water if you notice the blades just spinning when an air pocket has been created.

    Transfer to a Thermoserver & serve imediately or place in the freezer for later.
