Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
Pre heat oven at 180o.
Add all ingrediants to the
. Mix on 6 for 6. Pour into a lined tin. (I used a square one) Cook for 1 hour or till a fork comes out clean. Let it sit for 10 before turning out.
I then cut into little squares and freeze for lunchboxes

This was yummy, although a little dry. I had to use 80g butter, as I didn’t have enough coconut oil, so not sure if that’s why? I’m newish to baking gf, and never seem to get it right!
