Goji Berry Bliss Balls

  • 100 g almonds
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g Goji Berries
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 20 g Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 150 g medjool dates
  • pinch of sea salt

Recipe's preparation

    Goji Berry Bliss Balls
  1. 1. Place the almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and goji berries into the Thermomix bowl and grind for 10 sec/speed 9.

     

    2. Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 5 until everything is blended well.

     

    3. Shape the mixture into small round walnut size balls and place in the freezer for 20 minutes and then store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Tip

Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week if not eaten beforehand!

    Having made or tasted a number of different bliss balls, these are my favourite to date.  They are easy to make, taste good and are a nice texture being quite smooth.  I'll definitely make these again.
