- 4 kiwifruit
- 1 lime, flesh
- 3 tablespoons gelatine, great lakes (red) or similiar brand
- 2-4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Peel kiwifruit and halve, place into mixing bowl. Add flesh of one lime. Mix sp 9, 20secs. Add water to make sure it is fluid and mix.
Add gelatin, let seep into juice for a few minutes. Blitz 5 sec, sp 4.
Heat 3 and half mins/60degrees/sp2, add honey and vanilla in last 30secs.
Mix 2sec, sp4.
Spray moulds with cooking oil. Pour mixture into moulds.
Refrigerate moulds, they will be set in 30mins-2hours.
