- 20 grams Traditional rolled oats
- 60 grams fat-free plain greek style yoghurt

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put cranberries in a small bowl and add rum. Set aside for 5 mins to soak.
Meanwhile, add biscuits to bowl and chop 10 seconds/speed 5.
Add cocoa and oats. Mix 3 seconds/speed 5. Scrape down sides.
Add cranberry mixture, yoghurt and maple syrup and mix 3 seconds/speed 5 or until well combined.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll 2 teaspoons of the mixture into a ball. Roll each ball in coconut to coat, pressing light to help coconut stick.

These are surprisingly good ... the yoghurt really works! I used cranberry juice instead of rum (drained off excess after 15 minute soak), Scotch Finger biscuits instead of savoiardi, and 50/50 maple syrup/rice malt syrup and yummo, especially after an overnight in the fridge! Very clever!
