  • 50 g sugar, You can use more if you like it sweet
  • 1 level tbsp cinnamon, Ground
  • 1 jar coconut yoghurt, You can use other kind of yogurt

Recipe's preparation

    Quick and healthy dessert, vegan friendly
  1. Add to the bowl apples with cinnamon, sugar and water. Mill at speed 5 for a few seconds until the apple has the texture desided. Don't chop the apple for too long, you still want apple bits.

    Cook at 100c for 8-10min, reverse blade speed 1.

    Let it cool down, then fill a clear glass with 1/3 granola, 1/3 yogurt and 1/3 the cooked apple.



I wanted a healthy dessert and I had some apples around and coconut yogurt ao I thought making this. Pretty healthy, quick and cheap!

You can use more sugar if you want it more sweet.
