Healthy Fruit Crumble

  • 600 grams Fruit (apples, peaches, sultanas, blueberries, raspberries etc.), Sliced
  • 25 grams Organic Oats
  • 20 grams Oat Bran Cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Grounded Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or Maple Syrup)
  • 500 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Healthy Fruit Crumble
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

     

  2. 2. Place water into Closed lid and fruit into Varoma dish. Cook for 10 minutes Varoma/Speed 2.

     

  3. 3. Once fruit is tender, place into four individual serving dishes and set aside.

     

  4. 4. Remove water and dry Closed lid. Add crumble ingredients (oats, bran cereral, cinnamon and honey). Mix 10 seconds on Counter-clockwise operation speed 5.

     

  5. 5. Spoon crumble on top of the fruit dishes.

     

  6. 6. Place crumbles into the oven and bake for 30 minutes (or until the crumble is golden brown)
