Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Line baking tray (I use 18 x 27cm) with aluminium foil, shiny side up.
Place biscuits in bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 3 - 4 (depending on what size you like. I like some chunky pieces - see pic). Set aside.
Place Butter, Sugar, Cocoa & Vanilla into bowl and melt at 60 degrees for 2 mins on speed 4.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and combine for 30 second, Reverse, Speed 1.5.
Press firmly into lined baking tray. I use a bbq mate to really press into corners and to make firm.
Add Chocolate & Cream to bowl and melt for 2 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 3.
Spread evenly over base with warm dry knife.
Place in fridge to set for at least a few hours.
Enjoy
