Honey, Almond and Coconut Log

  • 140 grams raw almonds
  • 30 grams Raw Honey
  • 30 grams Shredded coconut
  • 5 grams chilled water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill almonds on speed 7 for 20 seconds. 

  2. Add honey. Combine on speed 5 for 10 seconds.

  3. 1.     Add a

  4. Add a little chilled water to help form mixture into a dough,  Knead for 15 seconds until mixture comes away from sides of bowl to become a ball.

  5. Remove mixture from bowl. Wash hands and leave wet. Shape into a log form on Thermomat.

  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes in freezer to firm. Slice and serve.
