I had no idea what to make the kids for dessert, I did have some strawberries (picked this morning) and vanilla icecream. I made this sauce to go with the icecream and strawberries and oh goodness! It was yummy!
This is will be my go to chocolate sauce from now on.

This sauce was excellent. I used Lindt 70% and reduced the goldern syrup to 40 grams, and it was perfect for us. I poured it into sterile jars and stored it in the fridge for later use.

This was yummy but not as dark or fudgey as the picture. I did use milk chocolate and only 50g of golden syrup but I wouldn't have thought this would have made it so much runnier. Perhaps thickened cream next time?

    Hello.... heaven!!!

This was so easy and yummy.... I had some very dark intense chocolate to use up so I used that with some white chocolate for sweetness and it was perfect.

I also only used 45gm of golden syrup and it was plenty sweet enough.

    Will make this again. Yum.
