Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds and then leave in bowl until gealtin has absorbed most of the water.

    2. Heat mixture at 50 degress speed 1 for 5 minutes until the gelatin has dissolved.

    3. Pour mixture into moulds (I used a syringe to do this). Leave them to sit for about 10 minutes then place them in the freezer for a further 10 to 15 minutes until firm.

    4. Remove from freezer and if you wish dust them with cornflour as this will stop them from sticking.

Very nice.  Super easy to make.  Slightly rubbery but that could've been as I had them in the freezer for a bit too long and then the fridge a short while before eating...  Will make again tmrc_emoticons.-)
