      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add sugar and zest to TM bowl, Mill 10 seconds, speed 10.
    Scrape down bowl.

    Add egg yolks 10 seconds speed 5
    Add butter and juice.
    Cook 8-10mins, Varoma, speed 3.
    Test thickness by running finger over a meatal spoon (as shown in photo) if it needs longer prolong cooking time by 2 mins and check again. Repeat if needed.

    Pour into jar and refridgerate.
