Base
- 250 g plain sweet bicuits
- 100 g Butter, softened
- 125 g condensed milk
- 20 g lemon juice
Icing
- 200 g raw sugar
- 10 g Butter
- 20 g lemon juice
Recipe's preparation
Place bisuits into bowl 10 sec/ speed 7. Add butter, condensed milk and lemon juice blend 10 sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 7 to combine. Refridgerate.
Place sugar in bowl and mill 10 secs/speed 9. Add butter and lemon juice mix for 30 sec/speed 4. Spread over base and refridgerate until set.
