Base

  • 250 g plain sweet bicuits
  • 100 g Butter, softened
  • 125 g condensed milk
  • 20 g lemon juice

Icing

  • 200 g raw sugar
  • 10 g Butter
  • 20 g lemon juice

Recipe's preparation

    Base

  1. Place bisuits into bowl 10 sec/ speed 7.  Add butter, condensed milk and lemon juice blend 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 7 to combine.  Refridgerate.

    2. Icing

  2. Place sugar in bowl and mill 10 secs/speed 9.  Add butter and lemon juice mix for 30 sec/speed 4.  Spread over base and refridgerate until set.

    Omg this was so good! Loved it. The icing on top was quite rich so if you're not a fan of zingy lemon maybe use a little less juice in the icing
