  • 1 lime, Zest only
  • 30 g Corn Flour
  • 60-100 g sugar
  • 500 g Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Recipe's preparation

    Lime and Ginger Custard
  1. 1) Place Lime zest, ginger, sugar and corn flour in TM bowl and Mill for 10 secs / sp 9


    2) Place eggs and Milk in bowl and cook for 7min / 90 degrees / sp 4


    3) Transfer to Thermoserver or bowl immediately and serve once cooled slightly
