- 100g sugar
- 1kg ice
- 100g limoncello liquer, (or to taste)
- 350g lemons, zest & flesh (no pith)
- egg white optional
Place sugar & zest into TM bowl & process for 10 - 20secs speed 10.
Add limoncello & lemon flesh (& egg white if using) blitz for 5 secs speed 10. Add the ice & chop for 1min 30 secs on speed 10 stiring with the spatula if needed.
