- 80 g raw sugar
- 80 g blueberries
- 150 g Mandarin segments
- 1 small lemon
- 80 g coconut cream
- 800 g ice cubes
Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec / sp 9
Add fruit including lemon, coconut cream and half of the ice and blend 25 sec / sp 10, gradually increasing from sp 1 to sp 10
Add remaining ice and blend for a further 1min / sp 10, using spatuala to assist
Serve straightaway or place into freezer using suitable container
I placed some of the sorbet into ice-block moulds for my daughter to snack on easily
