      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add raw sugar to mixing bowl and mill on speed 9 for 10 seconds.
  2. Add mango and raspberries to mixing bowl and blend for 15 seconds on speed 5. If using egg white add it in this step.
  3. Add 1 kg of ice to mixing bowl and blend for 1 min 30 sec on speed 9 with aide of spatula.
