      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

You can use whatever fruit you have - frozen berries work well. Use roughly 1-1.5 cups of fruit. The recipe is very forgiving!

Add the juice of a lemon to give the gummies a citrus twist!

I got the chocolate moulds from Kmart for $2 each!

I made these with strawberries. They took only 25 mins to set in the freezer. I used mini muffin silicon moulds and they popped out easily. Thanks!

So easy and delicious! I used to make gummies in a saucepan but never again!
I use frozen fruit mostly and double the recipe as they get eaten so quickly! A yummy combo is banana and berries.

  • I popped these in the freezer

I popped these in the freezer to set, and I also thought it would help them maintain their shape in a lunchbox, but they hold really well straight from the fridge too. Flavour and texture more genuine from fridge also. Yummy!

Hello.  I just wanted to know, does this set hard like lollies? Or on the soft side like jelly? Thanks.
