- 40 grams sugar
- 700 grams Milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 160 deg.
2. Drain rice well and put into a buttered ovenproof dish, covering the bottom.
3. Add eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla essence in bowl - 30 sec / spe 4.
4. Pour carefully over the rice and dot with butter.
5. Place sultanas throughout and sprinkle with nutmeg.
6. Bake for 45 min or until set.
