Ingredients

Pudding

  • 30 grams Butter
  • 125 grams caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 155 grams self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon bicarb
  • 125 grams Milk
  • 2 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, white

Sauce

  • 250 grams Milk
  • 125 grams caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essences
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 125 grams hot water

Recipe's preparation

    Pudding
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a ceramic baking dish and set aside.

  2. Cream Butter & Sugar, 1min/speed3-4.

  3. Insert butterfly. Place remaining pudding ingredients into mixing bowl and combine 1 min/speed 3-4.

  4. Pour mix into prepared dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.

  5. Sauce
  6. Insert butterfly. Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 6 min/100°C/speed 2.

  7. Pour sauce over warm pudding and allow to soak into the cake.
