      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Step 1. Add whole packet of Marie Biscuits to bowl. Chop for 10 secs on speed 5.

Step 2. Add Milo and Condensed Milk. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if required.

Step 3. Mixture wil be very sticky, transfer into a bowl or container and refridgerate for at least 1-2 hours.

Step 4. Roll into 1 tsp / 1 1/2 tsp sized balls and roll in coconut. Refridgerate again.
