Recipe's preparation
Line a brownie tin with baking paper.
add white chocolate to jug and chop 5 seconds/speed 8
add all other ingredients for white chocolate layer and melt 5 minutes/60 degrees/speed 3
working quickly as mixture will start to set, pour mixture into lined tin and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour
After at least one hour, add milk chocolate to jug and chop 3 seconds/speed 8
add all other ingredients for milk chocolate layer and melt 5 minutes/60 degrees/speed 3
working quickly as mixture will start to set, pour milk chocolate mixture over set white chocolate layer and return to fridge for at least 3 hours before cutting to serve
