Recipe's preparation

sorbet

10 grams coffee beans, 25 grams dark chocolate, grind 10 seconds speed 10, add 70 grams of dates and mix 5 seconds speed 6, add 40 grams syrup (agave, maple etc), 1 egg white (optional) mix 5 seconds speed 5, add 500 grams of ice and crush 90 seconds speed 10. Add a splosh of cream if desired.
