Moist Caramel Cupcakes

  • 80 grams Butter
  • 170 grams brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams Milk
  • 100 grams plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
  • 30 grams almond meal

Recipe's preparation

    Moist Caramel Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 190deg. Put 12 large patty pans in the muffin tin.

    Insert butterfly. Add all ingredients into bowl. Mix on speed 4 for 15 seconds.

    Scrape down bowl and mix for another 15 seconds, speed 3, 

    Divide mixture evenly between 12 patty pans. Bake in oven for 12-15 mins, being careful not to over cook. Cupcakes are cooked as soon as an inserted skewer comes out clean. Remove from tin and cool on rack.
