- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 250 gram Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg yolks

Add all ingredients and cook 9 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 4.
This is my nanas caramel that she has always made, stiring over the stove and it is always always always perfect. The Thermie, although I love it - is no match for my nana - but it is pretty damn close
Works great in a caramel tart. Make thicker with more flour if you prefer but I love this velvety texture.
