Naked bliss balls

  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 150 grams dates, in a pack already pitted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract OR vanilla paste
  • 70 grams desiccated coconut
  • 40 grams cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp coconut water OR water

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place all ingrediants into the thermomix at once, then set on a speed of 8 for 20 seconds.
    2. Scrape contents out and roll into balls of your desired size (sizing will impact portion).
    3. Either eat there and then or put in fridge for an hour to firm up.

Can be rolled in coconut too, try first because the recipe is already quite coconut-y.
