No Bake Fruit Squares

Ingredients

Fruit Mix

  • 160 g pitted dates
  • 100 g Muesli of choice, or Rolled Oats
  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 6-8 Pitted Prunes (soft not dried)

Optional Ingredient

  • Coconut, for dipping/rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl and blend 30-40secs on Sp8 until totally combined.

    Press into a lined loaf tin (with back of spoon or damp fingers).

    Place in fridge for an hour before cutting. You can cut into bars or little bite size squares. I've coated these in coconut as they were quite sticky.

    Made approx. 9 bars (or 27 bites).

    If you don't like coconut, then wrap individual bars (to avoid sticking together) before placing in lunch boxes.

    Tip: Can be frozen if using for child's lunchbox so that they stay chilled for the few hours until consumed either at morning recess or lunch break.
