No cook coconut vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 4 young coconuts (meat & water)
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dairy free yoghurt probiotic culture

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add vanilla pod to TM Bowl and Blitz 1 minute / Speed 10.

    Add the flesh of all the coconuts to the TM bowl and add 200 grams of coconut water to the bowl with vanilla, lemon and honey. Be careful not to include brown or hard parts of the coconut in the tm bowl.

     

    Blits for 30 seconds speed 9.

    Pass the coconut mixture through a fine sieve and add the probiotic culture to the yoghurt and pour into a jarge 1 litre jar.

    Cover the yoghurt with a piece of muslin or paper towel and rubber band and leave in a dark place such as your kitchen cupboard overnight.

     

    Refrigerate and enjoy cold!
