Oaty Chocolate Custard

Ingredients

  • 85 grams oat bran, (or 1 Cup of oats Bran)
  • 850 grams water
  • 70 grams Rapadura Sugar, (Or any other sugar type)
  • 60 grams cornflour, (Optional)
  • 40 grams cacao powder
  • 3 Medium-Large Eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place Oats into TM bowl and add the Water. Leave soaking it for 10 minutes.

    2. After 10 minutes, mix the oats and water for 1 min/speed 9.

    3. Add all remainig ingredients and mix for 10 minutes/90 Degrees/Speed 4.

    4. Set aside to cool down before serving.

Tip

This is a health quick custard that you cna make if you ran out of milk, it also keep the oats fibres making it very healthy and a great snack. To add a bit more nutrition into it, you can serve with blueberries and/or pistachio nuts. If you prefer a more linke runny-normal consistency, no need to add cornflour tmrc_emoticons.;)

    Useful, quick, very chocolatey desert, I think I'll stir in some chopped almond later and/or poor it over banana tmrc_emoticons.-) I used milk and oats as it was what I had on-hand.

    Hubby will love it.
