    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel the orange using a potato peeler, careful of not to take the white part.
    Cut the orange and juice it.
    Add the orange peel, coconut flakes and salt into the mixing bowl.
    Process 5 sec/ speed 10 / MC on
    Add the almonds and dates and process 45 sec/speed 6/ MC on.
    Add the poppy seeds and add 3 tbsp of the orange juice and the lemon. Process 30 secs/ speed 6.
    Roll in walnut size balls.
    Refrigerate 30 mins to 1 hour before eating.
