Steamed Orange Puddings
- 1 orange, washed, dried, quartered
- 125 g unsalted butter, plus extra to grease silicone moulds
- 125 g raw sugar
- 250 g self-raising flour
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder
- 140 g Milk
- 2 eggs
Chocolate Sauce
- 100 g Dark Chocolate Melts
- 60 g pure cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier, orange liqueur

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- METHOD
1.Grease 6 silicon cupcake or Dariole Molds and place in the bottom of the TM31 or TM5 Varoma.
2.Place orange and butter into the TM Bowl, and chop for 10 sec/speed 7.
3.Add remaining ingredients into the TM Bowl and mix for 15sec/Speed 4.
4.Pour Batter into the molds.
5. Without washing the TM Bowl, add 1 litre of water into the bowl. Place the lif on the Thermomix and set the Varoma into position.
6.Steam puddings for 30min/Varoma/Speed 2
7. Allow puddings to cool for 5 minutes when finished steaming.
8. While puddings are cooling make the Chocolate Sauce - 1. Place all ingredients into the TM Bowl and melt for 4mins/60c/Speed 1.
2. Serve while warm on top of Orange Puddings and ice cream or cream.
