Peach and Almond Crumble

Ingredients

8 portion(s)

Crumble

  • 100 g almonds, with or without skins
  • 200 g Self Raising Flour
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 70 g Philly Cream Cheese

Stewed Fruit

  • 4 peaches, quartered
  • 80 g raw sugar, or to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Crumble
  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees fan forced (or if a very hot oven 180 degrees)

     

    Crush almonds on Turbo holding down for 1 second at a time until roughly chopped.

    Add remaining ingredients

    Mix on Turbo 5 times holding down for 1 second each time or until reaches a crumbly texture

    Set aside

     

  2. Stewed Fruit
  3. Add quartered peaches and chop 3 seconds, speed 7

    Add sugar

    Cook 100 degrees, 5 mins, speed 1 (MC on)

    Pour into oven proof baking dish and cover with reserved crumble

    Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
