  • 24 pitted dates, (Soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place Almonds in the bowl and process for 20 seconds speed 7 (or until it resembles almond meal). Set aside

    Process dates until they become paste like (I used 10 seconds speed 8 though it will depend on how soft the dates are)

    Add the rest of the ingredients including the almond meal. Pulse it until it combines. If its dry, add some water

    Roll into balls and refridgerate

    Enjoy
