- 1 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 825 g pineapple slice or pieces, canned, Include juice
- 14 cubes ice, (1 tray)
- 14 cubes frozen coconut milk, (1 tray)

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TM bowl.
Blend for 30-40 sec on Speed 10.
Use spatula through lid to assist with blending.
Pour into icy pole moulds and freeze 4-6hrs.

Tip
You will need to freeze coconut milk in an ice tray prior to making these icy poles. NOTE - Coconut milk does freeze quicker than water.
