If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    40 sec, speed 7
Ingredients should be sticky, yet easy to roll now due to the coconut oil. (Add the sunflower seeds here if you left them out and set 20sec, Counter-clockwise operation, sp 4)
Roll into balls of your size choice.

These have a truffle-esque taste and consistency to them. Really lovely and will be making them again.

Thanks for your feedback Allie. doTerra oils are much stronger than essence so definitely need more. So glad your kids love them.Smile

My kids generally like bliss balls (I usually make them with nuts) but these are now my kids favourite, hands down. I think its the coconut oil that makes them super fudgy. I substituted peppermint essence for the doterra oil but think i'd add a teaspoon instead of a few drops next time.
