Raw Choc Coffee Protein Bliss Ball
- 3 Shots of Espresso ( 75mls )
- 10 Pitted medjool dates
- 100 grams raw cashews
- 150 grams natural almonds
- 30 grams raw cacao powder
- 50 grams Coconut
- 70 grams chocolate protein powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon Cocao Nibs, (optional)
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 30 grams coconut oil

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Prepare 3 Shots of Espresso ( or 75mls of instant coffee ) and Soak Dates and set aside
Add, Cashews, Almonds, Cocao, Coconut, Protein Powder, Cocao Nibs to bowl and "Closed lid" TURBO 1second and repeat 3 times
scrape down bowl
Add Coffee Soaked Dates and remaining liquid to bowl, and Vanilla Bean paste, Coconut Oil "Closed lid" 15seconds SPEED 4
until combined then roll into tablespoon size balls.
