Raw Chocolate Fudge Tarts

Ingredients

Base

  • 140 gram raw almonds
  • 150 gram dates
  • 5 gram cacao powder
  • 20 gram coconut oil
  • salt, pinch

Filling

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 20 gram Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 gram Cacao
  • 10 gram water

Recipe's preparation

  1. For the Base:

    Add almonds to a clean dry bowl, blend speed 9 for 5 seconds.  Add dates, cacoa, coconut oil and salt; blend speed 8 for 30 seconds.  Press into mini-muffin moulds and put in the freezer while you make the mousse filling.

  2. For the Filling:

    Place all the ingredients in your bowl and blend speed 7 for 30 seconds.   Fill your bases with mousse and eat while cold.
